9 · Spring the trap, then obey the rule

The pentagon room, its red net, and an outsider sending in two red strings. You choose where they land.

Try this. Land both strings on teammates (the pairs 1 and 3, or 2 and 4, counting from the top) and the room absorbs them. Land them on any red-connected pair and the triangle snaps shut.

The vertex fills are the teams. The real construction never checks the room's strings; it lands every same-colored pair inside one team, and teams are never internally red-connected, so safety is automatic.
